Applicants must present and maintain a clean DMV record & valid Driver’s License, be flexible working long and odd schedules (including split shifts, nights, weekends, holidays), excellent teamwork skills, and must have some prior driving or warehouse equipment delivery experience to be considered.

Outside field duties include but not limited to; daily rental deliveries to various job sites in Long Island and the tri-state area, heavy lifting from 50-100 pounds, load/unload trucks, set-up and tear-down for a variety of tent rental events including canopies, tents, dance floors and bandstand construction, electrical wiring and lighting, heating and air conditioning.

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager. FT position with seasonal  Weekends.

3 - 5 YEARS PARTY RENTAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Requires excellent ADMINISTRATIVE skills for handling incoming orders and management requests.  Must handle multiple tasks/orders with ease.  Responsibilities include planning and directing work flow; appraising performance; etc.    Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Experienced high-energy office environment. Duties include but not limited to; excellent telephone customer service skills and the ability to perform general office duties with flexibility, courtesy and teamwork.

Responsible for excellent customer service and attention to detail. Must type 40 wpm. MS office computer skills needed for office projects as assigned. Regular working hours from Monday through Friday, with a rotation of every other Saturday

 We provide our SALES REPS with excellent sales support & service.  Attractive compensation package including base salary plus commission. Cell phone and gas provided for business use only. The ideal candidates must posses the ability to successfully measure and estimate the cost of numerous types of social and special events and posses a great eye for detail.

KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER RELATED SOFTWARE AND TENTING IS REQUIRED.

Must be able to deal with Private Clients, Event Organizers, Caterers and other related businesses providing all tented needs including Different style Tents, Dance Floors, Bandstands, Lighting, Heating and Air Conditioning.
